The Owner is responsible for the technical and administrative operation of the Website, including its availability and maintenance.
The Website runs on the WordPress platform using the HivePress plugin (classified ads system) and WooCommerce (for payment services). Hosting is provided by lh.pl.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- Website / Service – the HelpForTravel.com online platform.
- User – any individual visiting or using the Website.
- Advertiser – a User who holds an Account and publishes Listings.
- Account – a User’s personal profile on the Website.
- Service / Electronic Service – any electronically delivered functionality provided by the Website (e.g., publishing listings).
- Listing / Advertisement – content published by the Advertiser.
- Materials – photos, descriptions, files, and other content uploaded by Users.
- Contact Form – a tool allowing Users to contact Advertisers or the Administrator.
3. Nature and Scope of the Website
The Website enables Users to post and browse tourism-related classified ads, such as travel agencies, accommodation, tour guides, transportation, sports and hobby services, free assistance offers, and exchange (swap) listings.
The Website functions solely as an advertising platform. It is not a party to any agreement made between Users.
The Website may also offer additional features and services, such as listing promotions and upgrades, featured listings, informational materials, and marketing communications (with User consent).
The Website does not provide tourism services and is not responsible for their quality.
4. Types of Services Provided
4.1. Free Services
Browsing listings, using the search engine, contacting Advertisers, publishing listings in the “Free Help” and “Exchange” categories.
4.2. Paid Services
Publishing listings in the following paid categories: Accommodation, Travel Agencies, Guides, Transportation, Sports & Hobby, Other, and promotion of listings via Premium packages.
4.3. Technical Services
Account registration and management, integration with payment systems, email notifications.
4.4. Potential Future Features
Newsletter, push notifications, expert articles or blog.
5. Conditions of Use
5.1. Technical Requirements
To use the Website, Users need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, JavaScript enabled, cookies accepted, and an active email address.
The Website may not function correctly on outdated browsers.
5.2. User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information, comply with applicable laws and community standards, refrain from posting offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content, not impersonate other individuals or entities, not upload malware or harmful links, and not use the Website for illegal or abusive activities.
5.3. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include posting paid commercial services in free categories, using bots or automated systems to generate content, disrupting or attempting to destabilize the Website, copying Website content without permission, and publishing content unrelated to tourism.
6. Account Registration
Account registration is voluntary but required to publish Listings.
Users can create an Account using email and password, or Google login.
During registration, Advertisers may select up to four languages in which their Listings will be displayed.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
The Website reserves the right to suspend or delete Accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Publishing Listings
7.1. Types of Listings
Free categories: Free Help, Exchange.
Paid categories: all other sections.
7.2. Listing Duration
Free listings: 1 or 3 months.
Basic Package: 3, 6, or 12 months.
Premium Package: 3, 6, or 12 months.
7.3. Price Information
The current and binding price list for all listing packages is available on the official Prices page of the Service.
In the event of any discrepancies, the prices published on the Prices page shall prevail.
7.4. Discount Coupons
The Service may offer discount coupons that reduce the final payable amount after entering a valid coupon code.
Discount coupons do not constitute a price reduction of the package itself and do not affect the regular price displayed on the Prices page. If a coupon code is not applied, the User pays the standard price.
Discount coupons may be subject to specific conditions, including validity period, usage limits, eligible packages, or user eligibility.
7.5. Removing a Listing
Advertisers may edit or remove their Listings at any time. Deleting a Listing does not entitle the Advertiser to a refund.
7.6. Moderation
The Website may remove Listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the Website’s intended purpose without prior notice.
7.7. Legal Compliance
Listings must comply with applicable laws and be relevant to the selected category.
7.8. Public Business Name and Public Information
Advertisers may provide a Public Business Name and other identifying information within their Listings.
The Public Business Name is the name that will be publicly displayed on the Website and visible to all Users and visitors of the Service when viewing a Listing.
Advertisers acknowledge and agree that any information they voluntarily publish in their Listings — including but not limited to the Public Business Name, descriptions, contact details, phone numbers, email addresses, images, social media links, or other materials — may be publicly accessible on the internet and visible to any visitor of the Website without registration.
The Advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of any information published in the Listing. Advertisers must not publish personal data of third parties without proper consent or any information they are not authorized to disclose.
The Website does not verify, guarantee, or confirm whether the Public Business Name represents a registered business entity or accurately identifies the Advertiser. The Website shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the publication of such information by Users.
By publishing a Listing, the Advertiser expressly acknowledges that the provided information may become publicly visible and searchable online.
8. Payments and Right of Withdrawal
8.1. Payments
Payments are processed securely via external payment service providers integrated with the platform (such as Stripe or other supported payment gateways). Available payment methods may vary depending on the user’s location and device. The Website does not store or process users’ payment card details.
8.2. Listing Publication
Listings are published once the payment is successfully processed.
8.3. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply once the Listing has been published and the service has been fully performed with the User’s consent.
9. Website Liability
The Website is not responsible for the content of Listings, does not guarantee the effectiveness of Listings, is not liable for interactions between Users, does not verify or guarantee the quality of services provided by Advertisers, does not mediate in transactions, and is not liable for technical issues caused by force majeure or external factors.
User data may be disclosed to competent authorities if required by law.
10. User Liability
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their Listings, respecting copyright and intellectual property rights, using others’ personal data or images only with consent, and any damages caused to other Users or third parties.
11. Copyright and Use of Materials
Materials uploaded by Users may be used by the Website to the extent necessary for proper functionality.
With User consent, the Website may also use these Materials in advertisements, newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, and promotional content.
Copying Website content without prior written permission is prohibited.
12. Advertising and Affiliate Links
The Website may contain advertisements and affiliate links. It is not responsible for the content or actions of third-party partners.
13. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted via email to help@helpfortravel.com.
A complaint should include contact details, a description of the issue, and the date the issue occurred.
We aim to respond within 14 days.
14. Amendments to the Terms
Any amendments to these Terms will take effect 14 days after being published on the Website.
Users who do not accept the updated Terms may delete their Account and discontinue using the Website.
15. Change of Legal Form of the Service Operator
The Operator reserves the right to change the legal form of the business, including the transformation of a sole proprietorship into a commercial company.
In the event of a change in the Operator’s legal form, the new entity shall assume all rights and obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions, without the need to conclude separate agreements with Users.
The change of the Operator’s legal form shall not affect the validity of concluded agreements, the conditions of service provision, or the rights acquired by Users.
Information about the change of legal form shall be published within the Service by updating these Terms and Conditions and the Operator’s identification details.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
16. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Disputes with consumers shall be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The Terms are available free of charge on the Website.
17. Assignment, Transfer of Rights and Sale of the Website
The Operator reserves the right to transfer, assign, sell, or otherwise dispose of all or part of the Website, including its structure, database, domain, brand, user accounts, and related rights and obligations, to a third party, including an investor or a commercial company.
In the event of a transfer or sale of the Website, the new entity shall assume all rights and obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions, without the need to obtain additional consent from Users.
The transfer or sale of the Website shall not affect the validity of existing Listings, paid services, user accounts, or agreements concluded under these Terms.
Users acknowledge and agree that such transfer may include the transfer of contractual rights, claims, and obligations related to the operation of the Website, in accordance with applicable law.
18. Continuity of Agreements and Business Operations
All agreements concluded prior to any change in ownership, legal form, or organizational structure of the Operator shall remain valid and binding.
Users shall not be entitled to any claims, compensation, or termination rights solely due to a change of ownership, legal form, investor entry, or restructuring of the Operator.
The continuity of the Website’s operation, including access to Accounts and Listings, shall be maintained unless otherwise required by law.
19. Intellectual Property and Know-How Protection
All intellectual property rights related to the Website, including but not limited to its concept, structure, software configuration, database, design, trademarks, and domain name, belong exclusively to the Operator or its legal successors.
Users do not acquire any ownership rights to the Website or its components by using the Service.
The Operator may transfer intellectual property rights, licenses, and know-how related to the Website to a third party as part of a sale, merger, or investment transaction.
20. Data Transfer and Compliance
In the event of a transfer of ownership or sale of the Website, User data may be transferred to the new Operator, provided that such transfer complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
Users acknowledge that the transfer of data is necessary to ensure continuity of the Service.
The new Operator shall become the data controller within the meaning of applicable data protection laws.
21. Limitation of Investor Liability
Any investor, shareholder, or acquiring entity shall not be liable for obligations arising prior to the acquisition date, except where such liability is mandatory under applicable law.
Users waive any claims against investors or acquiring entities related solely to the ownership or structural changes of the Operator.
