HelpForTravel.com is a global classifieds platform for the travel and tourism industry.
It connects travelers with service providers through listings for accommodation, tour guides, transportation, travel agency offers, sports & hobby activities, free help, and home exchanges.
What types of travel listings are available on HelpForTravel.com?
Paid categories: Travel Agencies, Accommodation, Guides, Sports & Hobbies, Transportation, Other Services.
Free categories: Free Help, Exchange (e.g. home or apartment swaps between users).
Who can post travel listings on HelpForTravel.com?
Any registered user offering a travel-related service can publish listings, regardless of their country or nationality. You can sign in using email or Google.
How much does it cost to post a listing, and what pricing plans are available?

What payment methods are available for listings?
Payments are securely processed via WooCommerce and may include Google Pay, BLIK, credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, and PayPal (depending on your settings).
How does the HelpForTravel.com search engine work?
The search engine allows travelers to find listings using combined keywords and country search, along with location, category, and language filters. You can type services or countries in English or in their Native form — for example: Germany or Deutschland. Each advertiser can specify up to 4 languages, making it easy to connect with someone who speaks your preferred language anywhere in the world.
Can I post an unlimited number of listings on HelpForTravel.com?
Yes. You can post an unlimited number of listings in both paid and free categories. Each paid listing is billed separately.
Can I edit or delete my listing after it’s published?
Yes. Once logged in, you can edit your listing at any time—description, photos, price—or remove it completely. Please note that deleting a paid listing before its expiration does not qualify for a refund.
Can I withdraw my listing and get a refund?
Yes. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, provided that your listing has not yet been published. Once the listing is published and the service has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
To request a refund, please contact help@helpfortravel.com and include your listing title or ID along with your contact details.
Why was my listing removed by the administrator?
A listing may be removed if it is not travel-related, violates the Terms of Service, impersonates someone else, contains illegal or prohibited content, or promotes a paid service in a free category. In such cases, refunds for paid listings may not be issued.
Is HelpForTravel.com responsible for user listing content?
No. HelpForTravel.com serves only as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of listings. The advertiser is solely responsible for their content. Users should always exercise caution when making arrangements.
Is my personal data safe on HelpForTravel.com?
Yes. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the platform’s Privacy Policy. Data is only shared with trusted technical partners (such as login services and payment providers) and never with unauthorized third parties.
Do my photos and descriptions become the property of HelpForTravel.com?
Yes. Any materials uploaded to the platform, such as photos and descriptions, may be used by HelpForTravel.com for purposes related to platform operations and promotion, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

You can reach advertisers via the contact form attached to each listing, by phone, through their website, or via social media—depending on the contact details they have provided.
Do I have to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to use the platform?
Yes. Accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is required to create an account, post listings, and access all features of HelpForTravel.com.
What happens if the Terms of Service change?
If the Terms of Service are updated, users will be notified at least 14 days in advance via the website, and for major changes, also by email. Continued use of the platform after that period indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Which law governs the HelpForTravel.com platform?
HelpForTravel.com is governed by Polish law. Any disputes related to the use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location of the platform’s registered office.
Does HelpForTravel.com offer a user newsletter?
Currently, the platform does not offer a regular newsletter. However, users who give their consent may occasionally receive important updates or promotional emails.
